Mail Chimp Newsletter

I tried a paperless way to publish a newsletter.  The newsletter was created using "Mail Chimp".  It has been an exciting learning experience.  Now that I am finished, I am very happy with the final product.  
Click on the link below to view the letter.  Last spring I read a book by Carol Dweck.  There are two things I learned:
1. “no matter what your ability is, effort is what ignites that ability and turns it into accomplishment.” 
2. “...when people already know they're deficient, they have nothing to lose by trying.”
